Dr. Marjorie Wells will be leaving Western Medical Associates as of January 31, 2013. Any patients wishing to follow Dr. Wells to her new practice will need to fill out a records request to transfer records and will need to contact Sage Primary Care at 265-8300 for followup appointments. Records request forms can be obtained at either Western Medical location or on this website.

Dr. Swedberg retiring!

Western Medical Associates announces the retirement of Jay Swedberg, MD. After 29 years of service to his Casper patients, Dr. Swedberg will be retiring from full-time medical practice effective December 31st, 2012. We wish the best for our dear friend and colleague! WMA will try to accommodate patients who wish to transfer their care to one of our other providers on a “space available” basis. Those wishing to transfer to another community provider will need to sign a records release at 6500 E 2nd st. or 3230 CY ave.

Dr. Day has been providing Family Health Care in North Carolina since 2002. He is a native of Jackson, Tennessee and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Wyoming Residency Program.
