Western Medical Associates is happy to bill our patients’ insurance as a courtesy. We are contracted “preferred providers” with:

• First Choice of the Midwest (policy specific; please check with your insurance company)

We will gladly submit claims for any insurance company, but if the insurance is not listed above, we are not considered to be “participating,” “preferred” or a “PPO.”

Our experienced billing staff is always willing to help patients utilize their insurance efficiently by assisting with claims, reconsideration and appeals. We encourage patients to call with any issues or questions about understanding how individual coverage works.

In additional to insurance, Western Medical Associates has a variety of payment options available. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, or cash, and our financial coordinators are happy to work with patients on a payment plan that suits their budget. We also offer a 15% discount to those patients without insurance who pay cash in full at the time of service.
